PManager is dockable and compact autohiding image browser/converter/editor. You can create, edit and view albums and slide show.Program supports - BMP, JPEG, PNG, TIFF, GIF, TGA, PCX and many more image file formats. You can save images in many different formats. You can copy,move,rename... image files. Program supports image editing, effects can be applied realtime (contrast, brightness, rotate, resample image, edit palette, change color depth, make buttons and more). You can mark your favourite folders and images. Prining and slideshow,wallpaper changing supported also.
